Looks like a Ford E-series will output maybe 250 amps max, and about half of that at idle. So you wouldn’t want to exceed 100A and the van will use about 25. So say 75A, but you’d be converting that to AC to plug the laptops in, so figure 65A total for the laptops. That will give you maybe 8-10. Better make it 8 to be safe.
