Getting into wood carving. This is how I’m going to be spending much of my time from the near future onwards

Going to be making wooden dolls or figures

Not even doing it for monetary gain. Just for intrinsic value, personal fulfillment, to develop a skill, and to create something that can’t be mass produced. Also want to get away from noisy hobbies and something that is physically 3d (something other than writings, paintings, drawings etc)

Going to paint them and use a sewing machine to cloth them. Maybe even 3d print features or props possibly. Going glue pegs for their joints

They will be my children in this life that will outlive me and be the legacy I leave.
