I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this is common. I’ve had many customer’s with the same dilemma and without the proper phone number or alternate email to get an access code you’re kind of screwed.
You can try the Facebook email support system but most likely you won’t have any luck. They don’t have a real tech phone number.
