What’s a ‘strange’ pizza topping that you ended up using often?

I finally got a jar of anchovies at the store and tried them last week. Not a fan because of how darn salty they are.

But that left me wondering, are there any – what a lot of people would call unusual – toppings that you tried on pizza that you ended up sticking with?
