Question – PSU Thermaltake Toughpower XT 675 watts not having enough charge ?

Hello. Thanks for reading my topic.
Here is an simple computer when in maximum cpu and gpu usage being 125 watts.
PSU is an Thermaltake Toughpower XT 675 watts. Very good PSU.
That PSU are doing strange behavior.
Unhappily had happen an short circuit in cable between fase and ground. The PSU had done an blow and instantnealy was powered off.
The cable was changed and for my surprise the PSU continue working, but then 1 month had done the actions below :
– cpu cooler not power on or power on with low voltage not being enough to spin the cooler and strangely then of few day had worked correctly.
– computer being used at cpu 100 % the screen was power off, but not power off the PSU as if in few seconds not had enough voltage to mainboard.
– when power on the computer the led had blinked several times in each seconds as similar ripple signal without enough voltage to send video signal to monitor. Manually power off the PSU and trying more 2 times the computer was completely power on, but in less of 4 hours usage the screen was power off again not having enough voltage to mainboard.

Perhaps when had happened the short circuit between fase and ground had damaged any internal component in PSU ?
When happen that problem as not having enough voltage to power on the mainboard and cpu cooler is related with capacitors or what other component ?
Perhaps is related with the mainboard too ?
Have an nice week.
