two guys talking about “out of context problem”, one talks about the conquistadors bringing firearms and disease to a native south american empire resulting in death and disaster they couldnt conceive of because it was outside their imagination.
i remember it distinctly but cant recall where it is from. google search is such worthless sht that the best it can do is tvtropes site where all they have is the original scifi lit source where OOC was coined. syfy’s Alphas original airing mentioned the OOC, so i had heard the term before that.
do any of you nerds (not losing neuron connections like an old fart like me) have any ideas or better search engines?
