Ouch that sucks lol. Had something similar happen to mine. They switched their billing system but I had to manually go in and re-enter all the payment info. I forgot to go do it. Ended up with a huge bill as the payments were not going through.
I kinda wonder how long they would let that accumulate before they finally shut you off. I would have preferred to get shut off earlier so I’m not stuck paying all that in one shot. I guess it comes up to same at the end of day but still hurts more to pay it all at once.
Every now and then I go through my bank just to look at transactions but there’s so many bills it’s easy to lose track if one is not coming out for a while.
