I am not watching the vid. I went to school with hordes of rednecks just like this asshole. Training in a black dojo growing up taught me a lot about how quietly racist most of my community was. It was not always quiet though. I was sometimes called a hard R lover. Or they used the R on one of my dojo bros at school. Spear chucker and porch monkey were the other go tos. And as the joke goes; That’s how the fight started.
Some of the other dojos, and especially the TKD dojang dorks, from families that were more affluent, called us the ghetto fighters. Well, let’s just say after that epithet got back to us, and we fought them, we took home the biggest trophies if it was competition. Whether comps or fight nights, they took home the biggest beatings and injuries.
Without watching it, I am guessing it is purely performative. Willful ignorance is willful.
