We(I) call those “bibs”, or bib overalls.
Ive got a few pairs. Nice to have the extra pockets sometimes. Only really wear around the farm though.
Never seen my wife wear them. She does wear the full suit coveralls for work sometimes though.
I prefer women with no pants on.
