Doing concrete alone. Slab vs Piers, what is easier?

Looking for advice from anyone that has experience pouring concrete from a truck that comes on site.

What would be easier to do alone, a slab or piers? I’m looking at building a 12×24 building. Debating between a slab, or piers/footers. Either way I will be building a wood floor on top since the building needs to be super well insulated. It will be to hold water tanks, filtration system etc. I don’t have heavy equipment so won’t be going below frost level and accept that I might get some frost heave, but the piers will be fairly large like 2’x2′ or so, basically blocks that the structure will sit on and am hoping movement will be minimal. Will give myself enough height in case I need to crawl in there and add shims in the future. If I go slab will put foam board down on a bed of gravel, then rebar on chairs. A lot more work to setup and level/pack the entire surface by hand and move all that gravel, and the pour itself will probably be a lot of work too especially trying to…
