There is no way to tell without access to Hungarian market MS part numbers and knowledge of Microsoft distribution in that market. The DVD looks legit, whether it is in the appropriate packaging or not is another matter (the DVD would most likely state “OEM” on it somewhere if OEM), but even that would require close up physical examination to be sure. What does it say on the Product COA?
