“Medicaid Fraud” is GOP code for kicking people off of medicaid or implement “work requirement” programs that are ineffective and cost far more than they save.

Meanwhile they have gutted the ability for the government to address fraud from providers which is far higher.

It’s about a war on poor people not addressing “fraud” or “over payments”.
