Apologies if this is the wrong place for this, if it should be posted somewhere else please let me know.
I am trying to repurpose an old Dell 400w server power supply for a personal project. The connection piece consists of a set of 20 pins and 4 blades. I know that in order to activate the blades I need to jump the PS_ON pin, but I cannot figure out how to do so. Attached are pictures of the label and of the connection. I also found a datasheet for the specific connection that is used (51939-295lf) but it has not yet been helpful. Lastly, there is a drawing of my multimeter readings attached. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
