I am experiencing a serious issue with my Lenovo 11th-generation laptop. While I was working, the screen suddenly went completely black, and I received an error message stating:
“Device ran into a critical issue.”
The laptop became unresponsive, and I was unable to continue working normally. I would appreciate some guidance on what may be causing this issue and how I can troubleshoot or resolve it.
Could this problem be related to a Windows system error, graphics driver, hardware issue, overheating, or another component?
